What I work on

Fold builds a care-delivery platform for Primary and Chronic Care. The product sits in front of clinicians dozens of times a day, so every interaction needs to disappear into the work — fast, calm, predictable.

I lead design across the platform: the workflows clinicians use to triage and document, the automation that turns repeat tasks into rules, and the design system that lets a small product team ship at the pace of a much bigger one.

What I am proud of

The compressed intake flow. Nurses can now finish a multi-step capture between patient rooms — without losing the structured data the downstream systems need. We measured the change at roughly thirty percent fewer keystrokes on the most-used path.

The rule-builder, designed alongside clinicians who had never touched a no-code tool. It runs hundreds of rules in production now, and ops teams cite it as the single reason they choose Fold over the EHRs they used to live in.

The design system itself, treated as a living thing rather than a Figma library that goes stale. We ship an update every other week. Engineers and designers contribute back into it.

Working at Fold

A small, intense, design-led team. Engineers ship the Figma faithfully and push back when the prototype lies about reality — exactly what you want. Care for the user is non-negotiable; we will stop and rework rather than ship something that confuses a nurse at 11 pm.
